標(biāo)書翻譯必須準(zhǔn)確。由于工程所在國(guó)不同，語(yǔ)言各異，標(biāo)書文件翻譯得是否準(zhǔn)確，直接影響到報(bào)價(jià)是否合理。因此，要求標(biāo)書文件的翻譯務(wù)必準(zhǔn)確：專職翻譯和懂外語(yǔ)的工程技術(shù)人員配合翻譯標(biāo)書文件，相互磋商，準(zhǔn)確翻譯原文，是保證翻譯質(zhì)量、避免遺漏原義、減少報(bào)價(jià)失誤的較好方法。

Invitation for Bids
In accordance with the Loan Agreement concluded between the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China and Japan Bank for International Cooperation for Yingkou Water Supply Project, China National Machinery Import &Export Corporation is authorized to purchase through international competitive bidding (ICB) the Goods listed below. All the purchases shall be financed through the loan arrangement mentioned above.

Sealed bids are invited from bidders registered in and controlled by eligible source countries, which refer to all countries and regions according to the stipulations of the Loan Agreement.
General terms and conditions together with qualification requirements are set out in a book, which is obtainable from China National Machinery Import and Export Corporation between 9:00 and 11 :00 a. m. from November 13 to November 19, 2001 (except Saturday and Sunday) against non-refundable payment of (amount of money in figure).
All bids are to be validly received by China National Machinery Import & Export Corporation before 10:00am on the specified opening date at the address below. Bids will be opened at 10:30 A. M. December 20, 2001 (Beijing Time).
